Operating since 1999, our experienced teams on-site and in administration combine to ensure high performance outcomes regardless of the project complexity or location. Clients benefit from the experience we bring to consulting with and for them. We connect qualified reliable trades and recommend materials fit for purpose in their application and warranty.
The company has undertaken projects in a wide range of settings from inner city metropolitan centres to remote, isolated locations in Queensland’s most northern point. These vastly different environments present an equally diverse range of preparation challenges in transport, procurement, traffic management, access to site, cranage and completion. Kelly Group has a wealth of experience in successfully managing these logistics and providing innovative solutions to avert issues and resolve problems when they arise. Our capacity to deliver on complex, individual projects has characterised our business from the beginning.
Just as locations and project dynamics vary so do environmental considerations. Kelly Group manages these elements project by project in collaboration with client requirements. With a proven record in the Queensland commercial roofing sector we combine integrity, enthusiasm and expertise to deliver better outcomes for our clients.
“I would have no hesitation in recommending Kelly Group as an excellent contractor with a desire to perform, and a highly collaborative, positive, and pro-active attitude.”
Daniel Woolcott, Laing O’Rourke Australia Construction Pty Ltd – Head of Pre-Contracts, Southern Region
Putting People first
Our commitment to safety begins with our people and putting their safety and well-being first. We understand that safety is a collaborative effort and engage constructively and proactively with all parties to minimize risk. Every individual owns the responsibility to cultivate and undertake safety in the workplace. It’s this culture that is developed and expected by our management with the ongoing undertaking that our people routinely practice checks and balances in the workplace.
culture of safety
Embedding a culture of safety translates to numerous practices on site from pre-start meetings to tool box talks and implementation of Work Method Statements, to ensuring site inductions are undertaken and appropriate certificate qualifications obtained. Training and supervision are ongoing to ensure that safety is given the highest priority.
All stakeholders benefit from the expertise we have in planning to mitigate risk for working at height. Many hours are spent before our construction work even begins to formulate strategies and compile site-specific working documents to prioritise safety and enable productivity. Industry standards and regulations are clear and Kelly Group’s work methods and practices demonstrate our understanding of compliance and our commitment to safety.
“Care for the hospital environs and operating in accordance with strict safety regimes has been a strong ethic throughout the operation.”
