Myer Grand Central Re-Roof

Kelly Group performed 7000m² of re-roof on the fully operational Myers building at Grand Central Toowoomba shopping precinct in January 2015 for Savills Project Management/ QIC Limited. With just 1.5 metres of ceiling space between members of the public on the trading floors of Myers and the construction team, careful planning and implementation at each stage of the project was needed for work over these live areas. The project was completed with zero incidents and zero lost hours during four months of construction. Please see reference in attached Capability Statement.
