Yeronga State School 2020

Kelly Group of Companies was awarded the contract to re-pitch the library building at Yeronga State School for the Department of Education over the June/ July school holidays. The scope of works included a 900m² structural re-pitch, relocation of air-conditioner units to ground and installation of extensive new soffits, shrouds and fascia following asbestos removal. A licenced asbestos removal hygienist was engaged in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Kelly Group simultaneously managed four other Department of Education projects including Greenslopes, MacGregor, Stafford and Wynnum. Project outcomes were exceptional indicating excellent organisation of project logistics and resources both human and material.  The job was completed successfully with both the client and superintendent very pleased with Kelly Group’s service delivery and project outcomes.
