Peppers Salt Resort & Spa

This landmark project for Kelly Group involved supply and install of 44 000m² of roofing and cladding across two major projects over a fifteen month period. At the request of the client, Kelly Group was asked to assist with design to suggest the most cost effective use of material given the site’s close proximity to the coast. Design change was made by the client from FC board to custom orb to reduce the number of trades needed to produce the finished product on the uniquely designed flipper roofs featuring on Peppers Salt & Spa Resort. Further, Kelly Group was instructed by the client to install all roof timber trusses and roof members top plate up at Peppers. This prestigious project catapulted the Tweed Coast to its status as a must-see destination and cemented Kelly Group’s place as a leading commercial contractor on the east coast of Australia.
