Thursday Island Hospital

Kelly Group performed the re-roofing of some 2300m2 of metal roof sheeting on the Thursday Island Hospital without interruption to daily functions over the course of the entire project. Initiatives were drawn up on individual buildings to safely carry out the necessary work within tight projected time frames, with prevailing high-winds and with a thorough understanding of the need for the hospital to continue day-to-day occupation while under construction. In keeping with zero harm in the workplace, we achieved an impeccable record of zero incidents and zero lost hours over sixteen weeks of construction.
