Sommerville House School, Brisbane Qld

Somerville House approached Kelly Group directly for our experience in heritage listed school buildings. The work involved replacement of Neo-Roman product on the historic, heritage-listed Clock Tower building, a land mark in South Brisbane. This project was logistically challenging given its location in the heart of Brisbane CBD, the lack of physical space to undertake construction and access the work area and the fact that work was undertaken during term with the full complement of staff and students operating daily. Kelly Group worked closely with the school to ensure an incident free project which preserves the unique, original architecture of this historic building.
