Kelly Group was engaged by the Department of Education to re-roof the preparatory and administration buildings and the amenities block – a total of 2415m² of Kliplok 700 in Surfmist. This work involved carpentry work to lower the parapets to allow the installation of a timber fascia and a 450 girth eaves gutter. Of critical importance to this project, was commencement and completion within the school holiday break. Kelly Group also undertook rectification works to teaching blocks 1, 2 & 3 and the science block. The de-installation  and re-routing of air-conditioning units formed part of this scope of works. Kelly Group received the highest praise from the Department of Education for safe delivery of works, timely completion and the prompt communication between all parties.
